   Kentucky boy, Youth Pastor,  29 years old, UK Fan, 204 LBS (trying   to lose about 20…kinda,) husband, father, and follower of Christ are words one may use to talk “about” me.  While all of these are true, there is so much more.  Each one of these words have a story in themselves, and there are countless other stories that won’t or can’t fall into one of these categories.  A life full of paradox.  Simply Complex and amazingly ordinary.  What is better than anything you’ll ever read on this blog is that other than the eight or nine words used to describe me, you’re the same.   This space is for me (and sometimes my wife) to share things that we find interesting, funny, moving, and maybe even repulsive.  This area will also be used to tell about our lives, our thoughts, and maybe even our feelings…maybe. 

I currently serve at a church in Rural Central Kentucky where God is doing some amazing things.  He is all about doing amazing things- creating the Universe, creating you, blessing us with more than we deserve, giving up His Son on the cross so that we can know Him, defeating death, and the list goes on.  I often use this space to share my thoughts, life experiences, and what God is showing me (or at least what I think He is trying to show me.)
